This brownfield site had previously been Old Roar House, a Barnados children’s home, closed in 1940 before coming a home for boys until 1972 when it was demolished.

In association with Orbit Housing Association 11 affordable new homes were built, along with a prestigious development of 4 luxury executive homes.
